DESCRIPTION:The League’s Senior Blind Services will be offering a FREE Low Vision Seminar on Wednesday\, October 8th from 1:30 to 4:30 PM at the Greencroft Community Center located at 1820 Greencroft Drive\, Goshen\, IN. \nCome learn about common eye conditions that individuals encounter with aging and various prevention and treatment strategies. \nDr. Tiffany Szymarek from Elkhart Ophthalmology will be speaking about eye health. \nDr. John Coalter from Boling Vision Center will be speaking about signs and treatments for low vision. \nGreg Blackman from Eye Can See\, Inc. will be introducing some of the latest technologies to assist you. \nWe will have vendors from the Purdue Extension Elkhart County\, Real Services\, Owls Club\, The League and the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana. \nNo registration necessary.  Doors open at 1:00 PM. \nFor questions\, contact Donna Horner at DonnaH@the-league.org or 574-255-5202  /Low Vision Seminar Flyer – Full Page
