Youth Services
Case Coordinator

The person in this position provides opportunities for young people with significant disabilities to develop the skills needed to become self-reliant, contributing members of the community through involvement in age appropriate, integrated, community-based activities. Increase access to free and appropriate public education services for young people with disabilities through the provision of Individualized Education Plan advocacy & support services. Assist young people with disabilities to acquire the goals on the Youth Services Transition Checklist which are guidelines that children and youth need to achieve before entering adult life.

Office Manager

The person in this position is responsible for supervising the work performance of home care field staff members, scheduling the provision of attendant, homemaking, respite care, and home health aide services; ensuring that services are provided in accordance with consumer hours; and managing office operations that support the provision of services.  The ideal candidate should have a strong work-ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and be motivated to serve our consumers.
