Benefit Enrollment Center – Wells Co. Public Library – Bluffton, IN

The League’s Benefit Enrollment Center (BEC) will be at the Wells County Public Library (200 W. Washington Street, Bluffton, IN) from 10 AM – 4 PM to assist people who may need extra assistance with utility bills or any other extra costs.
