Need Medicare Assistance – The League’s Benefits Enrollment Center Can Help!

The League’s Benefits Enrollment Center will be at the ACPL- Grabill Branch on Monday, April 28, 2025 from 10 AM – 4 PM to assist Seniors with navigating Medicare.
If you are a Senior 60 years or older, Have Medicare and have a single monthly income of $2686 (Single) or $3,513(Couple), you may be eligible for additional benefits such as food, medication or healthcare. Our SHIP counselors will help you navigate Medicare. Reserve your spot by calling 260-250-4154.
What to bring with you:
- 2025 Social Security Letter
- Medicare Cards
- Additional Income Statements.
This services is made available by the Allen County Health Department and the Allen County Health First Grant.
