The League office will be closed December 24 & 25 (Christmas) and December 31 & January 1 (New Years).

Part-Time RN

The person in this position in accordance with an individualized plan of care provides direct and practical medical care to older adults and/or persons with disability who are unable to perform these tasks independently. Furthermore, performs medically prescribed skilled services requiring the application of the physical and social sciences and nursing skills in the care of the ill and/or disabled, or the prevention of disease and the conservation of health. This care is provided in accordance with Home Health Care plus policies and procedures and Indiana state nurse practice act.

Youth Services
Coordinator

This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for providing opportunities for young people with significant disabilities to develop the skills needed to become self-reliant, contributing members of the community through involvement in age-appropriate, integrated, community-based activities. Increasing access to free and appropriate public education services for young people with disabilities through the provision of Individualized Education Plan advocacy & support services. Assisting young people with disabilities to acquire the goals on the Youth Services Transition Checklist which are guidelines that children and youth need to achieve before entering adult life. 

Part-Time Home Health Aide/CNA

The person in this position provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Therapist. The Home Health Aide is assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort.
